The breakfast in the morning was sensational and complete with good coffee, the best fried eggs, and fried bread. The location was amazing for getting around, as the train station was walking distance to the hotel.

I felt very welcome when I arrived and the proprietess was very friendly and explained everything to me about how to contact her if I needed any help or in an emergency. The guest house is in a good position for the seafront and for the town centre and is very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly go back there again.

Simply nothing too much trouble, very enjoyable short stay. Brand-new rooms for a dog bed, perfect location. Excellent customer service, including lovely breakfasts with fried bread, the best fried eggs and good coffee.

The rooms are beautifully presented with a double bed and good heating. The location is excellent and unbeatable, down the promenade to the village of Heysham. The hotel is just next door to the IoM ferry.

The Sea Lynn was welcoming and very near to all the entertainment and needs for our one night visit to Morecambe. The room was neat and tidy and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, would stay again.

The only down side is the lack of en suite facility but for one night it was fine.

I was only at the sea lynn guest house for one night,but the welcome was warm and welcoming the couple were really friendly,and accomodating.the decor was nice,and the hotel was clean,the rooms were fantastic.i really enjoyed my stay and I will try to book there again if ever I need another room.

The location here was perfect for exploring, and it was close to the beach with a great restaurant serving Indian specialties.

The room was very well decorated and well-equipped with a brilliant bath. The hotel's location was decent close to the town centre.

Very welcoming, had received text message from owner on the day before travel asking us what our expected time of arrival would be; she offered to accommodate us to arrive earlier than their normal check-in time, which we did and it really helped us out. We particularly liked that breakfast was not automatically charged for in the price, therefore as we didn't require the breakfast we weren't charged for it. The room was a very good size, clean, tidy and had everything we needed; sink, kettle, tv etc. We choose a room without en-suite, however the shower room/toilet was located close by, and was again clean and had shower gels/shampoo etc supplied. Overall had a lovely stay, and would definitely return if back in the area again.
